Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade - Dark Brown Review

Hello, all !

Happy New Year for all of you :)

I know it's been a long time since this product launched, but I just got my hand to this product pretty recently (SO EXCITED ^__^). I've been eye-ing this product for a really long time but I just told myself that I don't really need it, and you guess it, I couldn't resist :p. I really want it so badly, so finally, I decided to buy it from one of online store in Indonesia. So know, let's begin with my thoughts on this Anastasia Dip brow Pomade

This is what the packaging looks like

Description of this product (you can read it on the back of the packaging) : Waterproof brow color ideal for sculpting, defining, and carving perfectly precise brows that won't fade, smudge-free, creamy formula glides on skin and adheres to hair, must-have for oily skin and humid climates.

So, this is what the product looks like:

the shade that i got is dark brown

So, after taking some pictures, I immediately swatch the product on my hand. I want to prove myself if this product is really waterproof. So, I swatch it and directly pour water to my hand
After that, i rubbed my hand really hard annddd....... so disappointed that it came off as you can see on the picture below.

Next, i swatch again and directly rubbed my hand to test if it's smudge proof or not, but again, the result is the same :(. I really disappointed at that time. (Don't worry, keep reading to find out what I've done wrong with it). But, I still hope that it will be good on the eyebrow.

So here is my before and after using the dip brow pomade, and I am super happy with the result. I think it's really make my eyebrow look fuller without looking super fake or super bold like Japanese cartoon,Shinchan :P

Then, I really curious and want to try again with the swatches, because I know there are a LOT of people who said that this is super waterproof,so I swatch again, but now, I wait for about 2 minutes before rubbing the swatch. And tadaa, here is the result :

For the left swatch, I rubbed really hard and as you can see, the swatch come off a little bit, but still there, and for the right swatch, I pour water and rubbed at the same time and you can see it came off a little bit as well, but really, who is gonna rubbed the eyebrow so hard? I tried wiping my eyebrow (not rubbing it) and it still perfect. (yeay ^.^)

So overall, I really love the product and recommend it for you all. Even though it's pretty expensive, I do think it's worth the money because you got a LOT of product in it. It's pretty easy to apply but you have to be careful, you just need a tiny bit of product.

Oh, yes, if you guys wondering what I use to apply the product, I use this brush called Crown Brush Syntho Brow Duo Brush that i got online. The owner from the online store said that this is a dupe for Anastasia brow brush.

So, that is my review for Anastasia dip brow Pomade. I hope it'll help you out.

See you, and keep smiling, because the BEST makeup for everyone is SMILE:)
